Refund Policy

Use the plan. Print it and tape it up. If it did not give you something you could act on, write to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How it works

• Send the email address you used to buy.
• The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• The Household Pack is refunded the same way, on its own or with the main product.
• After a refund, access to the members area is closed.
